Congratulations to our S2 and S4 students for their outstanding achievement in the Agar Art Contest 2025 (Preliminary)! They creatively used bacteria as "paint" on an agar "canvas" to illustrate this year's theme, "Microbes Make the World Go Round," and won the Champion and 1st Runner Up prizes. Their success in this STEAM competition, which saw over 120 teams from Hong Kong schools participate, showcases their incredible talent and problem-solving skills.
恭喜本校S2及S4同學在「瓊脂藝術比賽2025」（初賽）中取得卓越成績！他們以「微生物讓世界轉動」為主題，發揮創意，以細菌為「顏料」，在瓊脂「畫布」上繪畫，最終勇奪冠軍(初中組)及亞軍 (高中組)。這次比賽有超過120支隊伍參加，同學們的成就展現了他們在STEAM學習中的解難能力和藝術天賦。

The Biology Society's rat dissection offered a hands-on look into mammalian anatomy. Students explored organ systems firsthand, deepening their understanding of biological functions and structures in a practical setting.
生物學會舉辦的老鼠解剖活動，為學生提供了親身實踐的機會，深入了解哺乳動物的解剖結構。學生們親手探索各器官系統，加深了對生物功能與結構的認識。

S5 Biology Field Trip
Students had a field trip at Hoi Ha Marine Park to investigate different habitats with scientific methods and let them understand the importance of establishing marine protected area (MPA).

Activities:
Field study at rocky shore and sandy shore
Learning intertidal habitats by setting up quadrats
Observation on the features of coastal organisms
Coral observation on Glass-bottomed Boat

We visited Stone Houses Family Garden, a Grade III historic building that is an architectural treasure in Kowloon City and Hau Wong Temple that was declared a monument in 2014. The former transported us back to the post-war era, shedding light on the lifestyle of residents and the glorious days when Hong Kong was regarded as the 'Hollywood of the East.' The latter demonstrated traditional Chinese architectural style. It was an enlightening journey that broadened our horizons.
我們參觀了2010 年被評定為三級歷史建築的石屋家園及2014年被列為法定古蹟的九龍城侯王古廟。進入石屋家園，讓我們仿如回到戰後的香港，認識昔日香港居民的生活和香港被譽為「東方荷里活」的輝煌歲月，參觀侯王古廟讓我們了解中國建築的傳統特色，這次旅程令我們大開眼界。

A wonderful adventure in Sai Kung Park aftenoon with S6 geography students. Student can see a lot hexagonal columnar joints, several famous sea caves and amazing geological worldclass landforms. Students enjoy so much in the paradise of nature as if their eyes have experienced a bountiful buffet.

大自然確有心靈洗滌的力量。 地質公園的鬼斧神工令同學們讚嘆不已。由西貢碼頭搭船去沙糖口(Bluff Island)。 大家見到幾個海蝕洞， 第一個係鯉魚擺尾吊鐘洲洞，第二個叫做蠟燭洞。 正面同背面我們都清楚見到， 大家都大讚大自然的力量多神奇。 感恩風和日麗及校方對該活動的支持。 亦感激船公司基於推廣教育因素，收取半價收費， 平均100蚊一位同學。 有賴天時地理人和，終於活動能成功舉辦。

The Second Prefects’ Training Course 2025-2026
The Second Prefects’ Training Course was organized by prefects training group. All S3 to S5 prefects actively participated in the ice-breaking game and evaluation session. The training helped enhance prefects’ team spirit and skills in handling with cases.
第二次領袖生訓練課程由訓導委員會訓練組老師及學生籌劃，透過領袖生參與破冰遊戲和檢討環節，加強領袖生的團隊精神和執勤時的應變能力。

Students learn a lot about the life of horse in Pokfulam Public Riding School. Dressage, equestrian art, bridle, saddle, pony and food of horses are all new stuff for our students. This event widens the scope of lives of every student.

透過導賞團，同學了解什麼是盛裝馬術表演及專業人員如何照顧一匹馬。 不久將來同學可以到政府公眾騎術學校嘗試 fun riding。 另外今日見到的每一匹馬都各有特色， 透過馬匹的眼睛彷彿我們接觸到牠們美麗的靈魂。
