學生接種2019冠狀病毒病疫苗概況

各位家長:

教育局於8月2 日向全港學校發函公佈新學年面授課堂的相關安排：所有學校在 2021/22 學年繼續進行半天面授課堂。若個別學校的全體師生達到 70%已完成接種第二劑2019 冠狀病毒病疫苗並超過十四天，學校可向教育局申請恢復進行全日面授課堂、午膳，及參與課外活動。因此，本校已於8月中旬發放家長短訊，鼓勵本校學生接種疫苗。現謹向家長再次呼籲學生積極考慮接種疫苗（家長及同學可自行在政府網頁https://www.covidvaccine.gov.hk/zh-HK預約接種2019 冠狀病毒病疫苗）。請家長於8月25日前填寫所附於GOOGLE 表格的「學生接種2019 冠狀病毒病疫苗概況(2021年8月)」https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdqunujggugoJvCdO8WyBP18k6y_cCidv1XN589vhUm-HpuJg/viewform?usp=sf_link 調查，以便本校收集學生接種疫苗的數據，並整理本校員生接種率能否達致教育局上述申請恢復全日面授課堂之要求。

Dear Parents,

The Education Bureau (EDB) informed all schools in Hong Kong on 2nd August 2021 that they will continue to have half-day face-to-face classes in 2021-2022.

However, if 70% or more of the teachers and students have received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine for more than 14 days, the EDB will, taking into consideration the actual circumstances of the schools, allow the students of such schools to resume normal school life, including whole-day face-to-face classes, luncheons, as well as extra-curricular activities.

Our school sent an SMS message to all parents in August to encourage our students to be vaccinated. Now, we would like to ask all parents again to encourage them to receive the vaccine. Parents and students can go to the website https://www.covidvaccine.gov.hk/zh-HK for further details about the vaccination.

Parents should complete the attached Google Form which is the survey on students receiving COVID-19 vaccination in August 2021 https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeKpgrbqEAmn8GSF8dkZsVq7mgAeS39Oaf9YqAa4P4SXJtLKw/viewform?usp=sf_link  by 25th August. The latest data we have collected can help us decide when our students can resume normal school life.
