CCC Ming Yin College 50th Anniversary Musical

In celebration of our 50^th Anniversary, a series of celebratory activities have been organized on 18^th March, 2017 including the Thanksgiving Service, the opening of MYC School History Museum, MYC Sports Tournament, Golden Jubilee Art Exhibition and Golden Jubilee Dinner.

The upcoming event is another highlight not to be missed! It is our original English Musical ‘Our Stories’, which will be staged on 7^th & 8^th July, 2017 to showcase our students’ talents in singing, dancing and performing.

Synopsis

Our Stories is an original musical that tells a story of the legacy, truth and love that has wandered in the history of Ming Yin College for the past 50 years. From Mr. Rex King, the first principal, who united the school physically and spiritually; to Papa Lau (Mr. Lau Fei), a man who was always there when you needed him; and Mrs. Wong Poon Yuen
Fong, our beloved figure who spent half of her life here to share, to learn and to grow with us. Connecting the past and the present, it is a story about how the flame of MY College lingers in the heart of everyone.

The ticketing counter is located outside the elevator at the Ground Floor (opposite Computer Room), please come early to avoid the last-minute rush.

Actors, dancers, the crew, the playwright, the composer, the director… more than a hundred people and a professional production team are recruited who dedicate their time and effort to create this original musical which definitely needs your support to make it a success!

We would like to invite our alumni and friends of MYC to make sponsorship to support our production team. Your contributions will surely help to provide us with the resources we need for this production as well as to sustain the artistic development of the school for students of all levels!
